Throw your party… but without disposable tableware!
The Municipal Administration of Montechiarugolo is committed to promoting initiatives aimed at reducing the production of waste resulting from the consumption of disposable plastic and single-use items in general.
To raise awareness in the area of the good practice of reuse and implement the “MONTECHIARUGOLO PLASTIC FREE” action, a Municipal Stoviglioteca has been established.
The Stoviglioteca Comunale di Montechiarugolo is a loan and washing service for reusable tableware kits made of unbreakable, lightweight, certified food-grade material and 100% recyclable, to be used for private events as a replacement for the corresponding disposable ones, to limit waste production.
The management of the Stoviglioteca Comunale is entrusted in agreement to the Circolo ARCI IL RUGANTINO, which is located at the Casa Comune di Basilicanova. Those interested in borrowing make a reservation request by phone or email to the contacts below, with at least 2 days' notice before the date of the event. The loan service is free but reimbursement of washing and sanitization costs is required.
